Shipping policy

Most items sold to US customers include Free shipping. We use FedEx ground for items shipped to the US, but for smaller items we occasionally use US Mail. By default, we specify "signature required" unless you stipulate otherwise during checkout. If you stipulate "no signature required" you assume all responsibility for any lost, damaged, or returned items. If an item is not claimed and this item is returned to us, you are responsible for all shipping charges, including what it cost us to send it to you originally. "Free shipping" is only free if you decide to keep the item. Questions about shipping can be submitted via our Contact Us form.

International customers: you are responsible for, and may be required to pay VAT (value added taxes) when the item(s) arrive in your country. This is not of our doing, and we have know way of knowing what those charges may be. You can use the following tool to calculate the VAT you may have to pay.
